Allium makrianum (Alliaceae), a new autumnal species from Greece

Allium makrianum is described as a new species growing on the limestone of the Chios, north-eastern Aegean island (Greece). It is a very rare autumnal geophyte, showing some relationship with A. archeotrichon from Rhodos. Its iconography, morphology, chromosome number (2n=16), leaf anatomy, ecology and taxonomy are examined.

L’antico castello di Castellammare, edificato lungo la costa tra Palermo e Trapani, in età moderna fu del tutto ricostruito e ampliato; intorno al 1531 venne inoltre realizzata una torre cilindrica contenete una rilevante scala a chiocciola a “occhio aperto”, che si distingue per la cura dei dettagli stereotomici.

14 pages; La morphométrie comparée de la première molaire inférieure (M1) de onze populations du campagnol des neiges Chionomys nivalis (Rodentia, Arvicolinae) (Martins, 1842) du Pléistocène supérieur et de l'Holocène de France, d'Allemagne et de Roumanie, montre une nette différenciation morphologique entre les populations de ces trois pays, exprimée par un gradient morphologique est-ouest. A l'échelle du pays, des divergences morphologiques, plus modérées, sont observées, en particulier chez les populations de France et des Carpates méridionales et occidentales.

The trial was carried out over the seasons 2012-2013. A defoliation in prebloom, fruitset and veraison phenological stages was performed and several vegetative, productive and qualitative parameters were assessed. This dissertation examines three distinct issues using microeconometric techniques. The first two chapters fall in the realm of discrete choice models and try to make allowance for limited attention. The third chapter focuses on firm behavior and investigates the impact of ownership concentration on productivity. Chapter 1 predominantly builds on the consideration capacity model in Dardanoni, Manzini, Mariotti and Tyson (2019). In the attempt to behavioralize rational choice theory, their model identifies the distribution of cognitive characteristics in a population of agents who are observed choosing repeatedly from a single menu.
